• At Marsha's Clothing all our items are pre-ordered and won't be charged until the item is shipped to you. Here is how it work!
• The initial processing of payment for the pre-order will be to authorize the card only. Then, when the item becomes available and the order is moved from PRE-ORDER status to NEW, the authorized amount is captured. If for whatever reason the capture fails, the store will instead process the charge as a new sale. If the charge fails at this second point, then the order will not go into the NEW status and will remain in PRE-ORDER until you can correct the credit card issues with the customer.

• Shipping Information
• All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 p.m. will be processed that same day if it’s in the store. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day. • Shipping carrier goes through USPS
• Standard Shipping: orders placed prior to 9 am MST Mon-Fri are typically processed and shipped the same day*. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. Closed Holidays. Orders typically take 3-10 business days in transit to arrive. *Orders placed Sept-Dec or during storewide sales can oftentimes experience slower processing times due to higher volumes of orders; as a result, you should safely plan at least two to four business days for processing, in addition to the standard shipping time, if you are hoping to receive your order by a certain time.

• Undeliverable as Addressed” Packages: orders marked by the shipping carrier as “undeliverable as addressed” and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee.
